You can create PDF's that allow people to fill out various parts of a form then make that form emailable, there are a bunch of collaboration features, bookmarking/toc'ing, security (you can limit who can open/print a document), some crude OCR support, support for print optimization (setting your document up with crop marks and the like), and a ton of other stuff. I don't even get 1/10'th into what it can do.

Acrobat does a lot of other things than just create basic PDF files.

I've never used it.  What else does it do?
