what is a appropriate variation in voltages on the + and - rails ? been having problem starting and shutting down I believe is the PSU, speedfan ( if it can be trusted ) is reporting +3.3= 3.34 +5= 4.81 +12= 11.55 -12= 11.99 -5 = 4.58
