I don't know which system do you have but this is usable for Windows 2000 and XP too.

 

These 3 files should have the same size:

 

C:\WINNT\system32\dllcache\services.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\SERVICES.EXE
C:\WINNT\ServicePackFiles\i386\services.exe
