My exact situation! To upgrade my aging 939 pin NF3 250, AGP 8X, GeForce
6600GT box I purchased an NF4 Ultra Lanparty, Radeon X1900XT 256 MB to
reuse my CPU and RAM. I broke my own budget however when I came across a
link to an FX55 Retail with free Seagate 250 gig hardrive ($199.99 free
shipping). I suggest you forget the AGP upgrade, bite the bullet and buy
a new mobo and video card. Good Luck!
