No, the only thing you can do is remove everything, and go back to version 9.08.

Here is a tip, once you get things working don't screw anything, don't update, if you are using a ATI video card, particularly a All in Wonder don't update the video drives. Once you get a working setup image it and then leave it alone. There will be no fixing it when it goes south.

There is a usenet support group = alt.comp.periphs.videocards.ati and you can call ATI if you want to ask them

ATI removed the ability to turn off Easylook after version 9.08. This
sucks, and lots of people have complained about it in the user groups. I
owned or have owned about  half a dozen TV cards in the last six years. I
currently have three All in wonders 7500 - 9600 --- 800x and they have all
been problematic. When it is time to go HD I will be looking else where
