[H] Network copy Vs USB copy & Sharing My Documents

Is it faster to move about 90 GB of stuff via the network or via a 
direct USB connection?  I could move it via USB HD, too. Would that be 
faster?

Why won't WinXP SR2 let me share the My Documents folder on one PC 
across the network?
