Thanks for reply... I forgot to mention my QuickBooks is
version 2005.
That may be why your error sounds much different than mine.

no, just says does not like ie7 so I took it out (this is in XP) 
I turned that error off in Vista but then it complains that it is
turned off, LAME. at this point hate to turn security warnings
completely off ( if one can as easy as in XP )
used tweak vista to do this
