I have been known to take nitro straight & when that didn't work it was
lots & lots of morphine. You want to talk about losing track of time. I
lost track of days on end several times with several broken back
incidents, cardiac incidents, & a couple of cases of pancreatitis that's
not counting the many migraines along the way. They discovered if they
kept the migraine pain down my BP would go down so several times they
alternated Demoral & Morphine every 3 hrs it was one or the other while I
was in ICU. Now that's a migraine when they put you in ICU.
