Well the x1650 is crippled, the x1300 a rebadged x1600 joke, and the x1950 just way too much money while the x850 XT whips the 1st 2 for $100 less than the third IMO.
This based on benchmarks over at Tom's: http://www.tomshardware.com/graphics/charts/ There are of course NVidia solutions, but not my preference.
