I use the last version of Eudora 7 with COX. I do not use COX SMTP, I use Godaddy's which works great. I am using it now. However, in the last six months, whenever I try to reply to any kind of support message sent to me by a support desk .. I can not send a reply out. I get this error ...
----------------
Can't sent to". The server gives this reason: '553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts

It doesn't matter if I try to do it with Eudora or Outlook 2003. It doesn't matter if I use Godaddy's SMTP or COX. Same problem. And it isn't one particular support desk. I have now had this problem since November with Bosh support, TMPgenc support, a online service that I subscribe to support , and now Linksys support.

It only occurs when replying to a support message. I work around this by logging into Godaddy's web interface for the email account, and then sending the reply, without difficulty. So it can't be Godaddy that is blocking it. But why would COX block support desk messages.

Anybody else see this?
