[H] Folder gives "Access Denied"

I think Anthony ran into this recently (and I didn't keep the 
post.)  I have a My Documents folder that gives "Access Denied" when 
I try to CD into it, and when I run CACLS on it, it gives the same 
error.  How do I get passed this?
