have a fx7800 agp, says needs 400 watt PSU with 20amps on the 12v. Is that total ? System had a 500 watt Thermaltake with 15/14 on the two 12v rails. Replaced with a 500 watt Antec with 19/17 on the 12 volt rails. I'm a little confused.
