[H] ASACPI missing

After I rebooted my box last week I have been getting a message like 
"Need ASACPI.sys on ATK0110 ACPI utility"
I click cancel and everything seems to still work as before.
What can I do to get rid of this bothersome message?
I installed ASPI32.exe and it made no difference.
I ran ASPICHK.exe and it says everything is running perfectly.
My OS is W2000 with SP4.
On an Asus A8N-VM.
