Yep, that's when your average PSU came with it. They are actually, of course, just the old SSI EPS12v standard plugs, with a 2x12 (24) pin main connector and a 2x4 (8) pin +12v connector.
The SSI connectors were originally found only in high-end multiprocessor boards that typically had an Extended ATX form factor. That's where the EATX PWR comes from...
