I'll have to see if I have a descreen option.  I actually solved most
of the problem by turning off the color correction and using an
adjustment to the blue to correct the color.  Also used the 'grain
correction'.

Works for me.
It also makes half-tone B&W newspaper photos scan
correctly since they also have a repetitive pattern...
