Click on the apple, go to about this Macintosh.

Some 10 year old apples could have USB 1.x on them even.

Is it beige or fruity colored?

What model does it say on the front?

Most versions of MacOS (7.1 and higher) can read/write PC formated
1.44MB floppies.

Format the floppies on the PC though.
