There's a bunch of tools I use all have "P2K" in
common. Should be similar for 
the RIZR. I'm in the process of re-tagging my
del.ico.us bookmarks for all moto 
related hacking to "moto":

The should live by the time this hits the list. Also,
you can search for 
"p2kcommander", "motox", or "motorola modding" on
google. You will need the USB 
cable for your phone for this to work.
