Post the following information:

The contents of your grub.conf file (/boot/grub/grub.conf), the results from the 'fdisk -l /dev/hdX' command (Of course replacing your actual drive for the hdX) and your /etc/fstab

Most likely, you can safely delete the windows partition in using linux fdisk, then create a new partition and do something like mount /home there.
