I did some checking at the IntelliAdmin site and found that the "patcher" I had were badly out of date. I had v2007.2.7.5. I just dl'd again and got v2007.2.7.272.
Suppose they have made some needed changes!
This latest version has fixed the bug on this machine.
I am back to "Eastern Daylight Time."
My apologies for the noise........... :)

I have my main w2K machine that has suddenly reverted to Eastern Standard Time. It is now 1 hour ahead of where it should be. If I double click on the tray time, it
opens and says "Eastern Standard Time" instead of "Eastern Daylight Time."
And, it is kind of funny as DST ends in a couple of weeks anyway!

Somehow the patch I installed back in March 07 has gone corrupt or has been
tweaked in the past months of WinUpdates. All the other machines on my
LAN still show proper DST and say, "Eastern Daylight Time."

The patcher I used is the one from www.intelladmin.com, but it does not seem to
work on this machine any more. Yes, it does run and say it reset the machine,
but the clock never changes/updates. Yes, I do also have the M$ KB patch,
WindowsXP-KB931836-x86-ENU.exe, but it only works on XP it seems.
I am stumped now. Any ideas or suggestions?
Thank you.
Best,
Duncan
