Mythbusters busted this. The worst culprit is the florescent, and turning
them on is equivilent to 30seconds of leaving them on. So if you're gone
for longer than 30 seconds you're saving money by turning them off.
That of course doesn't take into account the wear and tear from turning
them on and off.
