Of course it does :) I have a Motorola HS820 from my previous phone that works just fine with my iPhone. In fact, from what I have heard just about any bluetooth headset works with it. Now, headphones is a different story - you need a special adapter for the iPhone because the jack is recessed deeper than other devices.
