I use Powergramo and its great. Not free but cheap ($25) and will record each caller in a separate channel and compress to Ogg on the fly. You can even do custom answering machine recording with it. I don't know if it can be programmed to call at a specific time so maybe you can just call in and let it run. Or maybe run a command script to shut down your PC like 15 min after the call is over.
