Most of the controllers that I've seen are actually capable of running at 64bit, 66(+)MHz, or both. A 32bit/66MHz bus would yield 266MB/s, and a 64bit/66MHz bus would yield 533MB/s. In general, you don't see anything above standard 32/33 in typical mass-deployed end-user chipsets.
