[H] Running a scheduled task in XP

I'd like to be able to run scheduled tasks on customer's 
computers.  These are all XP machines, but some of the customers 
won't use passwords, which means I can't use the built in task 
scheduler (which MS, in its wisdom decided to require a 
password.)  I'm looking for a solution - is there another program 
that will to the same thing as the task scheduler, or can I create a 
different admin level account with a password that just runs scheduled tasks?
