Sorry, I am not clear.
Would like to run them both on a W2000Pro OS.
On same machine.
One is from 1998 and the newer edition is from 2006.
They both install with the same start up.
I can install the newer program but it will overwrite the old one.

Very vague - assuming they cannot be run on same machine use a VM or
multi-boot into another OS etc.
