I pretty much use APC exclusively. I have my pc hooked up to 2 APC UPS's. One of them has power conditioning, powering the PC itself, and the other has the monitor, router, etc. on it. I also use APC surge suppressors for items that do not need battery back-up or power conditioning.
I do have one Belkin UPS that has power conditioning that I have on my HDTV (got a really good deal on it).
