When my PSU was failing I had no end of trouble with 4
HDD's throwing unrecoverable 
sector errors. Run Seatools, flag 'em, reboot and
hours/days later i'd get 
hangs/stutters, repeat. Then the BSOD's started and in
the end it was the PSU because 
system was trouble free for the month before I
switched to new PC.
