That point did cross my mind. But IE7 is just so tough 4me to drive!
OK. Will leave it in place; kill the desktop icon, leave it in the program
stack (choice), and, launch FFv3.

I say leave it -- there's times that a site will only load in IE. It's nice to have the option if you need.
