>DellDude: Thanks for calling Dell support, how can I helpyou?
>kray28: Yeah, my computer has 4GB of RAM but Windows only reports 3GB...what
>gives?
>DD:Ok, is your computer turned on?
>kray: Um, yes...?
>DD: Ok please double click on the my computer icon on your desktop.
>kray: Uh...
>DD: Ok, now highlight the C drive, right click and then click on properties.
>Then tell me what it says next to 'free space'
>kray: 86.23GB?
>DD: So your computer is clearly reporting that you have more than enough, yes?
>kray: Hard drive space, maybe, but I'm calling about my freaking RAM
>DD: Ah, I see now. Please find the Dell setup CD that came with your computer,
>insert it in your CD drive and reboot the computer. Then follow the prompts to
