[H] Repairing damaged photos

I recovered some deleted files from a hard drive (jpgs.)  About half 
of them are viewable and look fine, and the rest won't view at 
all.  Is there software that will try to repair these already 
recovered files?  Everything I've found so far wants to scan the 
entire drive looking for deleted files, and I've already done 
that.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
