[Winterlight]

I have a Intel 865PERL board that won't post. It was working just 
fine. I just moved it from one case to another.

 I have installed the board, a P4 3.4, one stick on known good 
Kingston DDR  and Matrox G450 PCI known to be good... and a usb keyboard.

I have tried two different PS, a Antech Truepower, and a Enermax 450 gold.

When it powers on I hear three long beeps of equal length ... and 
then nothing but the sound of the fan in the power supply. Anybody 
know what the beeps mean?
