The only difference I can see is the number of inputs, which may or may not be an issue (3 vs. 4 HDMI). I would look up/ask on avsforums about the two receivers. Personally, I've always liked Denon receivers (I've owned two and loved them), but the folks over at avs really know their stuff.Julian (Sabre)
