I never did get & test any models because what I saw seemed more than what I wanted
to spend ($50+). In the end I teetered towards Oxford 911 (or Initio) based
ide->firewire bridges for ATAPI devices since mobo had two 1394 ports, FW was fast
enough for ATAPI, and it meant less chance of issues with Intel's RAID drivers.
Guess FWDepot is gone, along with OrangeMicro, sad...
