Ok, either call me stupid or bad UI design on Microsoft's part but it was
not obvious at all.  I had done exactly that, but when I had selected the
new space the "next" button was grayed out.

I just did it again and this time, hitting the up arrow to change the expand
volume size by 1 more MB made hitting the "next" button possible.
