I've got Windows 7 on my laptop and I love it. The problem is that this video bug with XBMC is with Vista. And I'm pretty sure that Windows 7 is going to have the same problems since it is basically Vista polished up.
The bug is really annoying. Any 24 fps HD files have this jerky playback that's just noticeable enough to be annoying. There's a smoothvideo feature that was incorporated into the latest release of XBMC but for some reason Vista doesn't like it. --------------------------- Brian Weeden Technical Advisor Secure World Foundation <http://www.secureworldfoundation.org> +1 (514) 466-2756 Canada +1 (202) 683-8534 US On Mon, Jun 1, 2009 at 8:06 PM, Stan Zaske <[email protected]> wrote: > Maybe a dumb question, but have you tried Windows 7?
