Correct me if I am wrong, but the kernel for Linux is the same on all
the distros isn't it ? My point being is that the distros add some
niceties and sort of give each one a flavor. I have used SLS, Slackware,
Ubuntu, and some others. Since I kind of learned on Slackware that is that
I know the best, but my impression was that others that I tried were also
good. Some minor variation on where things went or how they wanted things
done, but at the core..they are all Linux...right ?
Regards,
Gary
