[H] Office 2007 under Vista or Win7

Anyone notice that whenever you open an Office 2007 file (mainly 
Powerpoint) under Vista or Windows 7 that it always comes up as 
Read-Only?  Then any saves have to go to a new filename.  How does one 
get around this?
