Have you seen S09E01 of Smallville yet? I think Clark uses CCleaner to augment his own super powers. Well, I could be mistaken about that. LOL

I have 5 boxes total and only 1 running Windows 7 64 RTM that was running Vista 64 SP2. I haven't bought Win7 but own Vista and can say with all honesty that Vista is better than WinXP Home. I'll run Win7 for 120 days and then probably re-install Vista. It's only for DX10.1 games that I even got it in the first place. Microsoft is releasing DX11 for Vista later this year so after I upgrade my video card to an HD5850 I'll still be ready for the next gen games coming out in the months ahead. I'm not hard core cutting edge but I still have some youthful fire in my belly. Well, a smoldering coal anyway..

Stan,
Thank you. I had forgotten all about CCleaner. I run it mostly 'plain-wrapper.' I know it has more powers, but I choose to use it as it loads. I will look deeper now.

No. No thoughts of moving any of my clients to Vista. I choose to wait and perhaps try Win7. The drag from MS-DOS to WinXP has been a large enough ride for me.
I choose to hold at WinXPproSP3 ATM.

You like Vista; fine. I choose not to play.
Best,
Duncan

Try CCleaner Duncan and you can see a list of them and delete those too old to bother with. Any thoughts on upgrading one of your boxes to Vista SP2 for an audition? It's a bit of a learning curve but lots better than XP. IMHO
