Students are getting a good deal on it. IMHO, it's not worth more than $50. But typical of MS to overcharge for their software like we are all businesses with deep pockets.

You can get Server 2003 too, or a whole bunch of other stuff like SQL server, Virtual Server, Visual Studio, etc....

I think, after CW's last share, it is time to push my very old server closer to 'modern.' It now runs Windows 2000 Server. And, damn, it runs well still.
