Use Windows Clean-up to get rid of it if you have any trouble.
Sometimes that is/was a protected location.

It's just a folder, I don't think it is protected or tied to anything. I just deleted it.

I have had trouble, and read those instructions on the WEB somewhere.
"Something" must have been in mine that was being used, "or thought to be in 
use"
and YMMV...
