[H] Win7 OEM

I just bought my first copy of windows in years - win 7 64-bit  
ultimate.  I got the OEM version.

Is there anything special I need to know about installing it?  Can I  
just pop in the disc and install/activate like normal?  Do I need to  
use the OEM preinstall kit?
