I have 5 Lian-Li PC69usb mid-tower cases. All purchased in 2001.
Recently, while cleaning a front snap-in-mount air filter, I noticed
that the foam sheet of the air filter sheet is starting to
dis-integrate. It now has a nickel-sized hole in it. The air filter is
~7in x 3.5in. It covers 2 80mm cooling fans.
I need to try and fix this. I'll suppose that the other 4 air filters
will soon start to dis-integrate also........ :(
I've not seen this open-cell-foam sheet at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.
Spent the morning at the various Lian-Li web sites. No luck on
replacements. Unfortunatly I've lost all of my ? computer parts links too.
Do you suppose that plastic/fiber-glass window screen would work as a
suitable replacement?
