How does one fix this once and for all? And am I the only one dealing with this? Why hasn't MS fixed this in an update?
I now have all my work systems using Windows 7. Yet, when I move my USB
HD between them, I keep getting ownership issues when I open my files.
This pisses me off because I forget that the file opened read-only
(actually, I usually don't notice it) and when I go to save it, I have
to change the filename. I can fix it by using properties on a given
file so I can write over it next time, but dammit...I need this to go
away forever.
