Never did it with Vista because I bought the version I wanted. I did do
it with Windows 7 but you have to have a specific type of utility
software to edit an .iso in order to delete/rename the file that gets
you the version menu during install. But it is true that Vista and
Windows 7 disks ship with all versions included.
