Can she still boot into Windows? Have her go to www.teamviewer.com and use the free remote control tool.
You can then connect to her PC with Teamviewer and do it for her.. Teamviewer does not even need to be installed to work, just run it.. :) My mom and family all have teamviewer_QS.exe (quick start) on their desktops now.
