LOL, we bought Wii Fit only to discover the floor in our living room has way too much
deflection until additional floor joists are married to the existing. So much for
"fun" exercise!
Interesting review showing a terrible layout and the limitations of trying to have xN
monitors worth of resolution rather than simply scaling across. Each new generation
of video card has struggled to drive single 20" monitors @1600 much less trying to do
3x that.
Personally I'd rather have 1x3 layout that had a single 20"+ middle w/ side views on
L/R 20's. Along the same lines I'd really much rather have it piped Real 3D style to
a pair of projectors w/ polarization glasses projected on a 60" wall.
About the "grown men wanting this is sad, go outside" comment, one does not exclude
the other and there's nothing wrong with adults wanting an immersive gaming
experience like this.

Eh, does any of it help me play wii? Though right now pixeljink monsters has
sucked me back into the ps3 after beating 'uncharted 2'. I've been working up
with 'god of war 3' but I find that yelling and cursing at a screen isn't as
much excercise as i wish

Wow... this discussion has gone way off topic, way to go HWG!

Not sure what you mean about running being more functional, though.

Come on Anthony, if you like to game and have the money a 3 monitor
setup is the greatest single advancement since SLI and arguably
better. The extra real estate on left and right sides means you can
spend less time mousing back and forth getting caught off guard far
less often in a first person shooter. Riding a bike is also very good
advice but I prefer to run because it's more functional. 2 days ago I
went for a 2.5 mile run and lift weights every day. Feel great and
look good too..

That setup is a monstrosity. The thought of grown men using
something like that to play games is just sad. Go out and ride a
bike or something.
