Norton cleaned up? Dunno but the Comcast subsidized N360 is junk, way too much bloat & over reaching protections I don't want.

Been messing with AVG paid, not bad. Use Nod32 primarily. Gave up on Norton a

I haven't tried Vipre for my home system. The IT department at my work uses
Vipre for our networked PCs, hundreds of PCs in 40+ cities in the US. So far
it seems to work ok.

At home I run AVG, SpyBot, ComboFix and MalwareBytes. I try to run all four
once a week, takes about 4 hours to scan the whole thing. MalwareBytes seems
to take the longest, almost 2 hours. AVG about an hour and a half, Spybot
about 20 minutes and ComboFix about 10 - 15 minutes.

I tried MSE but deleted it within a day because it would scan every web page or
program prior to access and it took forever to launch anything, and connecting
to Steam was impossible. Gotta have my Team fortress 2 fix!
