Julian,
Yes, I have noticed that Foxit lists many add-ons on my update
window/screen. I use none of them; simply because I have not had the
time to ask here for council or go dig into the Foxit site/forums for
the what's-what.
I run Foxit box stock with only required patches and/or the FireFox plug-in.
I will file this suggestion for a future try/look/see. Adobe bloated me
out! Glad to be rid of it.
Best,
Duncan

Just my .02$ on FoxIT: I loved it for years. It was small, lightweight and
did it's job better than Adobe. Then they started pushing to add this and
that toolbar and getting a little slower. Since then, I've switched over to
Sumatra and have been extremely happy. It doesn't have all of the bells and
whistles, but it renders/prints everything that I have thrown at it. It's a
single 1.1MB file too :)

Christopher,
TNX. I do so avoid Flash, but I do view pdf's via the foxit viewer
(v3.3.0.0430).
Since removing Adobe's reader, all clients seem happier and snappier.
I will watch anyway.
Foxit views all documents in Safe Mode as I understand it, which
protects you from getting infected
using the current exploits.
