I'm looking for a good, simple, lightweight program that will allow me to share to do lists and calendar information on a network. Preferably open source. Any one have any suggestions?

This is the sort of thing I need to track:
Appointments
Phone calls that need to be returned
Tasks that need to be completed (start and end date for tasks would be nice.)
Recurring tasks.

This is probably the best utility I have seen, the ability to share calendars and tasks to other users and give fine grained control (I.E. -- you have a scheduling person who handles all incoming calls they can add to calendar, while everyone else is read only).

My company uses it exclusively for our scheduling of onsite and inhouse work.

I really like that they can do SMS notifications if you are away from a calendar and you need to remember that something is happening.
