I have a similar system as Bobby accept I have a Rampage II Extreme mobo and a Nvidia 295 vid card. So far this system has run every game I've thrown at it at high framerates using a monitor running at a 1920x1200 resolution. I've been very happy with this system.
I don't really know what to recommend because it's hard to make a recommendation on what you should buy without knowing the maximum amount of money you are willing to spend. Let us know this and we can be more helpful. > I have been really happy with my Intel Core I7-920 on an Asus P6T mb. I > have an Nvidia GTX 285 video card that is pretty nice.
